President Biden to Sign 17 Executive Orders on First Day in Office

Now that Joe Biden is President of the United States, the work is underway. CNN reports the initial actions of Biden’s term will be 17 executive actions during his first hours in office.

Those actions include the stopping of the construction of Trump’s border wall, reversing the Muslim country travel, rejoining the Paris climate accord, and halting the United States from leaving the World Health Organization.

Also included in his first executive orders and memoranda from the Oval Office will be a mask mandate on all federal property, a stark contrast to the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic by former President Trump.
