Carnage to headline North America's first drive-in rave event

Carnage announced an upcoming, headlining two-show tour on May 30 and June 6. How know this allowed amid the COVID-19 era of cancelled live events? Don’t worry, it’s a contactless drive-through rave concept called “Road Rave” billed as “the first ever North American festival in corona[virus] history.”

The event on May 30 will take place at the Wild Horse Motorsports Park in Maricopa County, Arizona and feature a lineup of Hulk Gang (Valentino Khan and 4B), SAYMYNAME, a G-House b2b bonanza with Dr Fresch and BIJOU, and PAZ.

The June 6 affair will feature Riot Ten, Blunts & Blondes, Nitti Gritti, and GRAVEDGR at the Central Florida Fairgrounds in Orlando, Florida. Both events will headline Carnage.

Rules include a minimum of two and maximum of six people in each car with a cap of 500 cars. Organizers have asked guests wear face masks when outside their cars and roaming towards the open food trucks. There will also be roaming golf carts taking orders. Guests are ordered to stay within the width of their vehicle as staff will be monitoring social distancing regulations. Mosh pits in the form of car pileups are also not permitted.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the ANF Nicaragua COVID-19 relief fund.
