Views, home to the popular tracklistings “Controlla,” “Too Good,” “Hotling Bling,” and “One Dance,” wasn’t exactly embraced upon its May 6, 2016 drop. Although Drake has disclosed that he anticipates that Certified Lover Boy will receive a similarly conflicted welcome when it lands in January 2021, the potential for a lukewarm response matters not to the Canadian chart controller, who preemptively shrugged off any hate to come, chalking up Certified Lover Boy as “music to evolve to.”
