CAMELPHAT And Marten Lou Release Official Remix Of WhoMadeWho And RY X’s “Love Will Save Me”

GRAMMY-nominated duo CAMELPHAT and German producer Marten Lou are the latest to join WhoMadeWho’s star-studded lineup of album remixers, as they deliver their respective reinterpretations of the Danish band and Australian singer/songwriter RY X’s recent collaboration, “Love Will Save Me.”

The 2-tracker is out now via The Moment in collaboration with The Orchard’s Artist Services.

Globally recognized for their deep, soulful house and an impressive track record of hits, remixes, and electrifying DJ sets, CAMELPHAT ups the ante in their rework of “Love Will Save Me.” The duo transforms the love-drenched indie-electronic cut into an extended club-ready pop-dance treat. This remix is a masterful juxtaposition of darkness and brilliance, where RY X’s evocative vocals soar atop a landscape of euphoric synths, crafting a dance anthem that vibrates with the essence of the human spirit. Each beat of the remix intricately layers joy and sorrow, weaving together a dynamic production that ensnares the senses, making every track moment a profound journey through emotional depths and heights. With a career that spans over a decade, CAMELPHAT has garnered support from the most respected names in dance music, from Adam Beyer to Pete Tong, and has left an indelible mark on festivals and clubs around the world.

“Sometimes when you make music things are just in a flow. I texted CAMELPHAT if they wanted to remix our single with RY X, ‘Love Will Save Me’, and they said yes. A few brief moments after they went to the studio they came up with this anthem of a remix. Sometimes it takes years to finish a song and we love it when things just go smoothly, like in this case. Tomas Barfod got introduced to Marten‘s music when he heard Desiree play Marten’s remix of “Beach House” at a festival in Belgium. Tomas Barfod instantly stopped and tried to stalk what was playing, but then some guy in the crowd said: Hey, it’s my friend who did this remix and the next day he sent it to him. He has been playing it ever since.” – WhoMadeWho

WhoMadeWho, alongside GRAMMY-nominated artist RY X, originally crafted “Love Will Save Me” as a piece of indie electronic artistry, featuring haunting vocals and a blissfully melodic record. The track is a highlight from their upcoming ninth studio album, which is slated for release in August. It follows the release of lead singles “Miracle,” a collaboration with Swiss duo Adriatique, and “Children,” and sees CAMELPHAT and Marten Lou join RÜFÜS DU SOL, Mind Against, and Dyzen in what’s shaping up to be an impressive list of album remixers.

“WhoMadeWho has always been one of my biggest sources of musical inspiration, and truly artists I look up to – that’s why, together with RY X, it is a dream come true to remix one of their songs. I am more than happy we could make this happen.” – Marten Lou
