Dame Dash Suing Rachel Roy For Fraud and Missing Profits From Her Clothing Line

Seems like Dame Dash is on a suing spree and coming after everything he thinks he’s owed. Just last month Dash sued WeTV for purposely keeping his son inebriated during the taping and airing of Growing Up Hip Hop in which Dash claims the network gave a verbal agreement that they would keep Boogie Dash sober. Dash explained that his family suffered emotional distress having to see Boogie publicly drunk on cable television.

Furthermore, Dash is now suing his ex-wife and the mother of his children, Rachel Roy, for fraudulent activity related to her clothing brand. The couple married in 2005 and the Rachel Roy brand was created in 2008 in which Dash claims he was an original member of the company and was a part of a deal that automatically allowed for him to receive a share of the company’s profits. Nonetheless, Dash has not received anything and believes Roy has gone as far as hiding the profits and teaming up with companies who are in partnership with the Rachel Roy brand having  “manipulated, diverted, misappropriated, transferred, concealed, and embezzled funds” all in an attempt to exclude him from receiving profits he claims he is entitled to. In addition, Dash says that Roy has gone as far as submitting fraudulent accounting, withheld payments and undervaluing his share of the brand.

Dash does not yet have a specific amount that he will be
suing for until further calculations have been made on his behalf.
