Pop icon Lady Gaga is officially heading back Down Under, marking her first Australian tour in more than 11 years.
Titled The MAYHEM Ball Tour, the high-octane global trek will hit three major Aussie stadiums in December 2025, including Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium (Dec 5), Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium (Dec 9), and Sydney’s Accor Stadium (Dec 12).
The last time Gaga toured in Australia was during her ArtRave: The Artpop Ball in 2014. This time, she’s going big, bringing her theatrical energy to stadium-sized venues for the first time in the country.
This announcement follows a string of UK dates that had fans scrambling for tickets. Gaga is set to play three nights at London’s O2 Arena (Sept 29, 30 & Oct 2) before heading to Manchester’s Co-op Live on October 7. It will be her first UK tour since 2014’s artRAVE, and her first time back at The O2 in over a decade.
While fans celebrated her return, many also balked at the sky-high ticket prices. Standard tickets for London reportedly went as high as £313.65 on Live Nation, while Ticketmaster listings started around £212.60. The backlash was swift, with users on social media labeling the costs as “criminal.”
A spokesperson from Ticketmaster responded, clarifying that the platform “does not use any form of algorithmic or surge pricing” and that pricing wasn’t influenced by who was buying the tickets.
Interestingly, Gaga had no original plans to tour in 2025 following her recent Singapore shows. But after seeing the explosive fan response to her latest album Mayhem, she decided to extend the party.
She posted on social media: “I wasn’t planning to tour this year after my shows in Singapore, but the incredible response to the new album inspired me to keep things going.”
The MAYHEM Ball Tour is shaping up to be one of the year’s biggest pop spectacles, with fans around the world eager to see what Gaga has planned for her long-awaited stadium return.
