Yungblud and Aerosmith have shared their collaborative new single ‘My Only Angel’. Listen below.
The two acts teamed up earlier this month when Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler and guitarist Joe Perry joined Yungblud onstage at the 2025 MTV VMAs to pay tribute to Ozzy Osbourne.
They later confirmed that they had collaborated on an EP called ‘One More Time’, which would feature a powerful track titled ‘My Only Angel’. The song has arrived today (September 19), marking Aerosmith’s first original release in over 12 years.
“Will you cry if I called you my angel?/ Gotta leave, gotta leave, gotta leave you one more time,” sings Tyler in the intro ahead of a blistering hard rock solo.
“My pretty little poison, I’ll taste you in the morning/ Drink you in the evening, then we’ll go out stealing/ Won’t rest ’til I find you, won’t rest ’til I like you one last time,” the first verse goes.
In the soaring, euphoric chorus, the pair ask: “Will you cry, my only angel?/ Gotta leave, gotta leave, gotta leave you far behind.” ‘My Only Angel’ also boasts echoes of electric guitar over a steady beat, complete with a rumbling bassline and soft piano. Listen here:

Aerosmith’s 15th and latest studio album, ‘Music From Another Dimension!’, arrived back in 2012. ‘My Only Angel’ also marks the first new music from the group since they retired from touring last summer due to Tyler injuring his vocal cords.

The joint performance at the VMAs came after Yungblud joined forces with members of Extreme, Sleep Token and more to perform a moving rendition of ‘Changes’ at Black Sabbath‘s ‘Back To The Beginning’ farewell show, which took place just 17 days before Ozzy Osbourne’s death.
Yungblud has since spoken to NME about the impact Osbourne has had on him since childhood. “Ozzy was a character in my life who was a reflection of everything I went through,” he said.
In June, Yungblud released the first part of his double fourth album ‘Idols’. The star will head out on a UK and Ireland arena tour next spring, comprising his “biggest shows yet”. Find any remaining tickets here.
