Nicky Romero’s ‘Move It (Rapidin)’ Is the Latin Banger We Didn’t Know We Needed

Nicky Romero just hit the Latin scene like a wrecking ball with his brand-new track ‘Move It (Rapidin)’ and it’s an absolute vibe.

Known for iconic EDM hits like “Toulouse” and “I Could Be the One,” Romero takes a bold detour with this Spanish-language debut. The track, created with Italian producer Giacobbi and rising bilingual star Fatboi, reimagines the 90s anthem “I Like To Move It” in a whole new light. It’s a slick fusion of nostalgia and modern-day Latin tech house energy.

Released via Municipal Recordings and Protocol Recordings, ‘Move It (Rapidin)’ is more than just a remix, it’s a full-on reinvention. Romero keeps the beat pumping with his signature high-energy production, while Giacobbi drops that smooth, groovy house flavor. But the real spice? Fatboi. The Houston-based rapper-singer brings pure fuego with dynamic Spanish verses that practically explode off the track.

Fatboi’s been making waves in the Latin electronic space, killing it at EDC Mexico and Coca-Cola Flow Fest, and this collab just takes him to the next level. His past hits like “Agáchalo” and “Mamaera” already showed he’s a force to be reckoned with, and ‘Move It (Rapidin)’ just seals the deal.

Romero clearly poured some real heart into this one. He called South America one of his favorite places, not just for the crowds but for the deep cultural connection. “The way they connect with music is incredible,” he said. “This release feels like the start of something bigger.” And if this is the first taste of what’s coming, we’re seriously hyped for more.

Bottom line? ‘Move It (Rapidin)’ is fire. It’s fresh, it’s global, and it’s impossible to sit still while it’s playing. Nicky Romero has officially entered a whole new lane, and it looks good on him.
