Ookay drops an enthralling banger, “Going Down,” filled with a twist of Bass and Trap featuring a powerful emerging dubstep DJ and producer, David Vance – out on Dim Mak on March 8.
The evocative vocal track takes on a softer emotional approach before cascading into an unexpected hybrid bass drop. Ookay is known to traverse multiple genres in his sets and music, and this track fully displays his range of sounds and styles.
On the track, he comments, “I’m super excited to have this song out after almost 4 years finally. It’s been a huge part of the Ookay Live show for a long time and was always missing lyrics and singing. I think David did a great job filling in what this song always needed, and it was amazing. It’s a great blend of melodies and aggressive sounds, and i’m glad the world can now hear it”
