Pitbull, NE-YO, & AFROJACK Launch New Single “2 The Moon”

GRAMMY Award-winning global superstar Pitbull reunites with iconic DJ and GRAMMY Award-winning producer AFROJACK, and GRAMMY® Award-winning R&B legend NE-YO for another summer hit.

Today, a brand new blockbuster released by Mr. 305 entitled “2 The Moon” [feat. DJ Buddha] is out now Listen HERE.

The track rekindles the chemistry they initially sparked on the generational smash “Give Me Everything” [feat. Nayer] back in 2011. The latter catapulted to #1 in multiple countries, logged a staggering 45 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100, and entered rarified air by joining Spotify’s prestigious “Billions Club” with over 1.1 billion streams on the platform. Not to mention, it reached a Diamond Certification from the RIAA. Its influence only continues to grow over time.

In a captivating orchestral cover of “Give Me Everything” featured in a pivotal scene of Netflix’s “Bridgerton,” Pitbull was affectionately dubbed “Lord Worldwide” by series fans. The excitement quickly spread to social media, igniting a viral sensation on TikTok. Fans enthusiastically created nearly 100,000 videos and reels set to the stripped down orchestral cover, propelling it to become a top worldwide trend on the platform.

As for “2 The Moon,” it takes flight as a classic Pitbull banger. Handclaps set the pace over a tropical groove punctuated by boisterous horns and AFROJACK’s signature production. Empowering with each bar, he cleverly raps, “I’m married to the hustle what a wife,” while NE-YO issues an invitation on the hook, “So tonight, let’s have some fun until the moon turns into the sun.”

About the song, Pitbull commented, “‘2 The Moon’ is all about a wild ride, celebrating life, and dreaming big. We wanted to create something that makes you feel unstoppable. The party never ends when NE-YO and I get together. This time we brought back AFROJACK and are going to shoot for the moon.”

Summer 2024 officially has its soundtrack!
