HoneyLuv, Harry Romero connect two eras of house music on ‘Inside My Mind’

HoneyLuv closed the door on her 2022 with what was one of her most-awaited IDs and eventually resulted into what would be one of her most noteworthy originals. The recently inducted member of Dancing Astronaut‘s Artists to Watch in 2023 class is now turning the page from “Sway” and towards a new calendar that will see her uphold that forenamed title. And HoneyLuv is doing so on Bambossa Records, partnering up with Harry Romero to take a look “Inside My Mind.”

A crossover between the two seemed to be destined after Romero joined Black Book Records in late 2022 to give HoneyLuv’s “365” his own house touch, and “Inside My Mind” confirms that their styles merge even more freely in proper collaborative form. Welcoming a “deeper darker side” of HoneyLuv comparative to the high-energy feel of her previous sequence of releases, “Inside My Mind” sees the two linking two different eras of old-school and new-school house, checking off a production trifecta that Romero explains should be a combination of “beats, cool vocals, and an arrangement that simply just works.” See exactly why “Inside My Mind” has all three below as HoneyLuv continues to stock up ahead of her Tomorrowland debut this summer.
