REZZ is coming to America; to a parking lot near you, hopefully. “Space mom” has answered the calls of her clamoring following and announced that she will be playing three drive-in shows from October 15 – 17 in Columbus, Chicago, and Atlanta. Tickets for each of the dates go on sale on October 2.
REZZ played her first drive-in set on September 19 at the Toronto International Film Festival, where she co-premiered Underplayed, a documentary that examines the glaring disproportion of female voices in dance music compared with their male counterparts. In addition to REZZ, Underplayed—recently reviewed by Mix Session—also features Alison Wonderland, TOKiMONSTA, Typapaw, and NERVO.
Halloween season is ripe for the Beyond The Senses producer, as her haunting tone and hypnotic stage presence pair perfectly with its essence. She’s even unleashed 13 new tracks through her Halloween-inspired A Nightmare on REZZ Street mix with visuals to match for the dark occasion.
