Swedish House Mafia lock in ‘Paradise Again’ release for April, share ‘Redlight’ music video

It’s a good point in time to be Dancing Astronaut and also a fan of Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso, and Steve Angello. We all went into March 3 thinking that it would solely be the day that Swedish House Mafia delivered the coinciding visual for their fourth Paradise Again single with Sting, but it turned out to be a whole lot more than that. The trio has now also ended the guessing game surrounding their album’s arrival, pairing an April 15 due date with the onset of Coachella and their mainstage closing performance that very evening where Paradise Again will get to make its live debut.

While we hold on for Paradise Again‘s official artwork and tracklist—which will contain the four previously released singles “It Gets Better,” “Lifetime,” “Moth To A Flame,” and now “Redlight”—Axwell revealed in a conversation with SPIN that the album would contain “between 14 or more songs,” which we know was originally cut down from a pool of 45 total tracks.

And as for the “Redlight” music video, Alexander Wessely—who was also responsible for the single’s artwork—strikes down his creative genius yet again, directing a chaotic, strobe-filled visual as the Swedes rage with zombie-like figures in a darkened room, with Sting himself making an appearance to belt out the “Roxanne” hook that he actually re-recorded for Swedish House Mafia to use in their newest release.
