Tune in: NYC Nightlife United's inaugural livestream to benefit independent venues

A recurring livestream benefit series, The NYC Nightlife United Sessions Vol. 1, holds financial promise for New York independent music venues and their staff. The virtual event concept, which will kick off at 3:00 p.m. EST / 12:00 p.m. PST on September 13, has been introduced by NYC Nightlife United, an emergency fund “providing immediate relief to shuttered cultural spaces affected by the COVID-19 pandemic,” to aid struggling New York venues and their employees.

The initiative’s inaugural installment will feature performances from a host of local artists, including Brass Queens, Mr JPatt of the Knocks, Oriza Party, which comprises DJ Bembona and DJ Woof, Scienze, the Rogue One, Monday Blue, Pleasure Jams, and the Floor Realty Crew. Tune into The NYC Nightlife United Sessions Vol. 1, live from Brooklyn venue, Friends & Lovers, here, and donate to NYC Nightlife United’s Kickstarter campaign here.
