The arrival of the 2013 album’s additional inclusions follows one week of SiriusXM radio programming the week of September 7 to duly honor what would have been Avicii’s 31st birthday and raise mental health awareness amid World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10. In the midst of the commemorative activity was the September 9 release of Avicii Invector: Encore on Nintendo Switch.
Beyond the True CD, the LP’s bonus material, “Always On The Run,” “All You Need Is Love,” “Canyons,” “EDOM,” and “Long Road to Hell” was previously available via iTunes and Amazon. The expanded Spotify access now offers listeners the ability to stream True in its full form, constituting a welcome new development for fans of the timeless production.
