Following in the steps of its festival counterparts and peers, Creamfields has announced a virtual event to take place in lieu of its 2020 iteration. Set for the same weekend as the cancelled event on August 28 – 30, the digital endeavor will feature performances from more than 40 artists with a spotlight on those from recent years. The livestream will also unveil never-before-seen headlining sets, pulling from Creamfields’ massive archive.
Following this year’s cancellation due to COVID-19, Creamfields organizers have acted to bring the festival’s return in 2021, touting an expansion to the lineup programming. Among those added to the roster include Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, MK, Tchami, and FISHER. The iconic UK festival’s storied history has welcomed the likes of world-class talent, from Avicii, Armin van Buuren, Carl Cox, and Eric Prydz, to Alesso, Tiësto, and numerous others.
More details regarding the virtual event will be shared in the coming weeks.
