Interstellar Music Festival is bringing bass and dubstep back to the midwest for a second year, August 12 – 14, 2022, coming in with a teeming first wave of acts for this year’s event. Seven Lions, Zeds Dead, and Ganja White Night are slated to headline, with other acts such as Effin, Crankdat, Buku, Just John and Yaksta also in attendance. Interstellar has also has teamed up with a variety of labels and collectives to host stages this year, including Deadbeats, MorFlo Records, Wubaholics, and Eclectic Imprint.
Following the success of its first year, the festival is set to expand for the upcoming 2022 edition. Festival organizers have chosen a location that can handle double the bandwidth of year one, the Kentucky Speedway in Sparta, Kentucky, and are also booking double the talent, as well as offering on-site festival camping for this year’s run. Interactive art installations, workshops, yoga and meditation, and live painters will also add to the ambiance at Interstellar later this summer. See the full phase one lineup below.
