Jamie xx‘s latest musical contribution signifies the English producer’s first original work since April, 2020. Two years later, “LET’S DO IT AGAIN” evokes a certain ecstasy best attributed to the revival of in-person concerts after an extended period of isolation. “I started making this tune last year, just as it felt like we might all be able to start doing the things we love again,” Jamie xx captioned an Instagram post celebrating the single’s release. “I’m so happy to say, LET’S DO IT AGAIN is out today. And I can’t wait to play it for ya this summer!”
The xx proponent is currently gearing up to play both weekends of Coachella before embarking on a European tour run beginning at CORE Festival, facilitated by the team behind Tomorrowland, in Brussels on May 27. The global phenom will then make appearances in Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, and France, respectively.
