Day Trip ticket holders for 2022 will finally be able to experience a waterfront music festival in Los Angeles. Last year’s inaugural Day Trip included the likes of Diplo, John Summit, Artbat, and Vintage Culture. For the second edition of the emerging event, Insomniac will be programming a weekend of music on the docks of Long Beach.
A completely new venue for the Insomniac team, Day Trip will be hosted at the Queen Mary Waterfront from June 25 – 26. While the first go around was originally scheduled for the grounds of SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California, Insomniac had to reroute to the NOS Events Center due to logistical issues.
After Insomniac’s success at Skyline Festival in downtown Los Angeles in February, house heads have another event to add to the itinerary, which is sure to promise refinements from last year’s debut run. Differing from the majority of Insomniac’s festivals, Day Trip will be a 21+ event. Tickets go on sale March 4 and can be purchased here.
