In charitable fashion, Skrillex has joined the list of contributors offering a once-in-a-lifetime experience in support of The Pablove Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting pediatric cancer research. The OWSLA label head has offered an intriguing prize: a meet and greet flanked by a one-hour private visit to his Los Angeles-based studio. Travel and accommodations aren’t included in the prize value, and the bidding winner will be able to redeem their prize into 2021.
The auction has listed the prize at an estimated value of $5,000, however the current auction pool has amounted 42 bidders, with the latest bid standing at a whopping $17,050. Bidders have until 3:30 p.m. EST / 12:30 p.m. PST on August 27 to contribute to the auction. In addition to Skrillex, the list of other star-studded prize donors includes the president of Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures Production, Mitchell Leib, and Maroon 5 guitarist, James Valentine, among other influential heads in the music industry.
