In lieu of its in-person 2020 iteration, Tomorrowland will host a live streamed alternative titled “Around the World.” The digital event will be stylized in the theme originally selected for Tomorrowland’s cancelled, Belgium-based installment, “The Reflection of Love.” Slated for July 25-26, “Around the World” will bring together “the planet’s biggest names in electronic dance music…and the world’s best technology in 3D design, video production, and special effects.”
In contrast with the free virtual festival format that has been popularized of late, “Around the World” will be a ticketed event, with tickets scheduled to go on sale on June 18th, here.
