Ultra‘s RESISTANCE concept is embarking on its first U.S. club residency, bringing a who’s who of the scene’s most coveted underground talent to M2, the new kid on the block in Miami’s sizzling club scene. The year-long series of events promises to add a kinetic techno B-side to the surging bass and tech-house sounds of Florida’s club scene, importing the renowned bookings and invigorating aesthetics of the legendary RESISTANCE parties in Ibiza.
The concept is hitting the ground running this Miami Music Week, bringing none other than Adam Beyer and his entourage of techno talent under the Drumcode banner to launch the RESISTANCE on March 23. The following night, fans will have the opportunity to see the iconic skills of SASHA _ JOHN DIGWEED, whose timeless progressive beats have long-earned them legendary status in the scene. Miami Music Week is set to close out with additional RESISTANCE parties on both Friday and Saturday, however the lineups for these events are still to be announced.
RESISTANCE is set to return to M2 throughout the year, posting up again with events during Race Week on May 5-7, before settling down at the new clubbing hotspot with weekly Saturday parties from Halloween of this year through May of next. While much of the lineups are still to come, guests can expect a consistent serving of exhilarating bookings, ranging from the Ultra icon Carl Cox and Charlotte de Witte to Dutch tastemaker Joris Voorn and an exclusive back-to-back set between HI-LO and Layton Giordani.
Keep your eyes and ears peeled for all forthcoming lineups and find more information and tickets at the RESISTANCE Miami website.
