Volaris has not looked back so far in 2023, and that’s expectedly the case as we move past the year’s first third. After tallying up five releases to his credit already—both an original and dark mix of “I’m So Weak” with Cammie Robinson, a mau5trap debut with “Hand Of God,” and a two-sided Purified Records debut with Aqua—the Dancing Astronaut Artist to Watch in 2023 now has a sixth track to add to that, heading back to Armada for “Lifted.”
Many may have already unsuspectingly heard “Lifted” in person, with the likes of Joris Voorn, Kream, Green Velvet and the A State Of Trance boss being among the names to have set it loose in recent weeks. And after dipping his feet in both the melodic techno and progressive waters with his recent musical run, “Lifted” sees the UK native navigate back towards the rich, melodically driven recipe of tech-house that decisively pads his Artist to Watch once more this year.
