Culturally-mystifying creative tastemaker Zack Bia has officially cemented his debut single, “Hardcore” featuring Don Toliver, on his self-founded record label, Field Trip Recordings. Released in partnership with Interscope’s Geffen Records, “Hardcore” materializes with production credits from Bia himself, Starboy, Joe Reeves, Jonathan Hoskins, Adam Krevlin, Tommy Parker, and domineering hip-hop beatsmith Jaasu. The collaborative effort marks the beginning stages of Bia’s artist career; in a short-form promotional video shot by No Soap Radio founder (and Zack Bia’s younger sibling) Elan Bia, the young visionary reveals that his recent absence from social media has been due to dedicated hours spent in the studio, where he’s been piecing together a collaboration-heavy debut album.
Since its inception, Field Trip Recordings has cultivated an esteemed group of culture-shifting artists, including the Billboard-charting, multi-Platinum selling hip-hop force commonly known as Yeat. To kick off 2023, Bia has stamped his own name on his excelling label roster. Stream Zack Bia’s “Hardcore,” featuring Don Toliver, below.
