After the record-setting success of Surviving R. Kelly and Surviving R. Kelly II: The Reckoning, Lifetime has decided to focus on the sexual deviancy of a man with exceptional wealth and power in the new investigative program, Surviving Jeffrey Epstein.
This two-part series delves into first-hand accounts about the New York financier’s sex trafficking operation that catered to other rich and powerful men until he was arrested in 2008. In 2019, Epstein received additional time after receiving federal charges for the sex trafficking of minors in Florida and New York. His questionable death behind bars in federal custody in August 2019 was ruled a suicide, but many believe he was killed so that the clientele list of his underage brothel would never be revealed.
Surviving Jeffrey Epstein is slated to debut August 9 and 10 on Lifetime.
