While the former is renowned for his hip-hop-inspired take on bass music, the latter has been destroying the scene with heady, hard-hitting dubstep. The pair join forces and return to Bassrush Records with the beastly anthem “BABABASS.”
Channeling their collective power, “BABABASS” blurs the lines between devastating dubstep and enthralling experimental bass, and harnesses an underlying festival-ready energy in the process. The introduction offers an inviting yet uncertain pull that is beefed up with a distinct hip-hop feel. Sirens give way to hypnotic synths that are enhanced with the snappy trap percussion.
