Feel the Bass and Energy of DVEIGHT’s ‘BLOODCLOT’ EP – A Dubstep Journey

DVEIGHT, a rising Australian bass powerhouse, has dropped his new EP, ‘BLOODCLOT’, via Sounds of Mayhem. The six-track collection – a vibrant, dynamic dive into Australian dubstep – features collaborations with Dassim, CHIBS, Manly, Nexu5, VANM, and Knoir.

Starting with the intense “Livid,” the EP spans a wide range of emotions. “Astel,” inspired by Elden Ring, brings a video game vibe, while “Arvo Dub” – a track born from casual afternoon studio sessions with friends – captures a laid-back yet energetic spirit.

DVEIGHT, known for his hard-hitting sound design, showcases his evolving concepts and sounds in this EP. He also highlights the camaraderie of the Australian bass community. “I’m very stoked and honoured to have all these Aussie artists release together on an Australian label!” he exclaims.

Sounds Of Mayhem Recordings – blending bass and metal – releases forward-thinking sounds that spark freedom, anarchy, and fun. With numerous Beatport Number #1s and support from Spotify playlists like New Dance Beats and Rocktronic, their impact is explosive. Their sold-out pop-up party in LA marked a great milestone in their journey to champion all things “rocktronic.”
