“Made a HOUSE call to the jungle to bring you guys a special announcement,” Insomniac founder Pasquale Rotella captioned a recent Instagram post. He then revealed that EDC Las Vegas would be adding a brand new stage to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway this year, featuring a fresh crop of talent “reflecting all genres of house music.” Coined bionicJUNGLE, the festival brand’s new home for house and techno first appeared at EDC Mexico in 2020; now, just a little more than two years later, it will make its debut in Las Vegas.
Positioned between neonGARDEN and Polygon Park, EDC Las Vegas’ ninth and newest stage addition will feature exclusively house and techno artists. And although its acts have yet to be revealed, it’s safe to say that bionicJUNGLE cements house music in contemporary rave culture.
