RÜFÜS DU SOL announce new destination festival, Sundream Tulum

Fresh off the release of their critically acclaimed new album Surrender, Australian trio RÜFÜS DU SOL have announced their debut destination event, branded Sundream Tulum taking place on the beaches of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. The four-day destination event will run March 10 – 13 at Papaya Playa Project and will feature two performances from RÜFÜS DU SOL, one live and one DJ set. The festival also features a stacked undercard with slated appearances by Bob Moses, Monolink, Cassian, Lastlings, Paraleven, and more. Billed as an “immersive destination event on the idyllic white sand beaches of Tulum” Sundream promises added programming like yoga, wellness planning, and art installations to complement the musical acts.

It’s been a banner year for RÜFÜS DU SOL who are coming off of three nights at Los Angeles’ Banc of California stadium to celebrate the release of Surrender. The outfit joins the likes of ILLENIUM, Kygo, and Tiësto in curating their own destination festival events in what seems to be a growing and welcome trend in the post-COVID environment. Tickets are available here, and view the full lineup below.
