Montréal’s Piknic Électronik Makes Grand 2026 Season Return

Montréal summer doesn’t ease in; it detonates. Come May 17, Piknic Électronik is wasting no time transforming Parc Jean-Drapeau into the city’s weekly open-air heartbeat.

The 2026 Sunday Piknic season arrives as a refreshing reset after a long winter, stretching from May through October with 20 curated dates on the Fizz stage. This year’s programming moves fluidly across house, techno, and adjacent sounds, balancing rising stars with established industry favorites. Among the standouts are Brunello, alongside Josh Baker, Dombresky, Sultan + Shepard, Jayda G, Daphni, Nia Archives, Prospa, Beltran, and Eli Brown—a diverse mix that reinforces Piknic’s role as both a tastemaker and a cultural mainstay.

While Sundays serve as the ritual, the OfF Piknic series acts as the release valve. The after-hours satellite series returns with one of its most stacked runs to date, converting the site into a full-scale open-air venue. Early highlights include Solomun and Eric Prydz, followed by a June slate featuring Defected Records, Chase & Status, Steve Aoki, Black Coffee, and Four Tet. July keeps the momentum high with Anjunadeep, Zeds Dead, Cloonee, and Francis Mercier, joined by Keinemusik’s &ME and Adam Port.

Taken together, Piknic’s 2026 blueprint feels deliberate: Sundays are for discovery, while the OfF series provides the scale. Montréal, as always, gets both.

Individual tickets and season passes for Piknic Électronik, along with OfF Piknic tickets, are available for purchase online.
