The Manager Behind Audien, Valentino Khan, and Prodigy’s Next Wave

Managing a single artist is a formidable task, but overseeing the operations of an entire management company while maintaining a personal roster is a challenge of a different magnitude. Few industry professionals successfully navigate both roles, yet Eric Bindman has become a defining figure in this space. As a Partner and the Director of Operations at Prodigy Artists, Bindman manages a roster that includes Grammy-nominated and Gold-certified artist Audien, dance legend Valentino Khan, and rising talents like Luke Alexander, Elephante, and NIIKO X SWAE. Simultaneously, he leads the internal operations of one of electronic music’s most distinguished management firms, the powerhouse behind stars like NGHTMRE and SLANDER.

The Operational Backbone of Prodigy Artists

Bindman’s influence at Prodigy extends far beyond his own roster. In his capacity as Director of Operations, he oversees finance, accounting, legal, HR, M&A, technology, and contracts for the entire company. This dual role allows him to build the very infrastructure that his artists rely on. By standardizing workflows and moving away from siloed knowledge, Bindman has created a scalable system that allows Prodigy to support more artists without sacrificing the high level of service for which the firm is known.

“Good operations should almost be invisible,” Bindman explains. “When the systems are working well, things move faster, communication improves, and the team has more time and energy to focus on delivering great results for our artists.”

A Track Record of Artist Success

Bindman’s professional philosophy is rooted in a people-first approach, a mindset honed over 15 years in the industry. His work with Audien serves as a prime example of his strategic efficacy. By focusing on long-term career sustainability rather than short-term trends, Bindman helped drive over 6,600 ticket sales in New York and 6,000 in Los Angeles. These efforts, paired with the success of the album First Love—which has garnered over 101 million streams on Spotify—underscore his ability to translate vision into tangible growth.

“The artists who build lasting careers are the ones who are constantly evolving, willing to put in the work, and committed to thinking long-term rather than chasing short-term wins,” says Bindman.

From Touring to Executive Leadership

Bindman’s journey began as a student in Canada, where he booked talent and filmed events. His early experience as a tour manager for acts like 3LAU and Deorro provided him with a ground-level understanding of the live music business. This background informs his current management style, allowing him to anticipate logistical challenges and communicate effectively across all departments of the industry.

As he looks toward the future, Bindman remains focused on evolving as a leader and continuing to build a life and career defined by meaningful work. By balancing the creative demands of artist management with the rigorous requirements of operational leadership, he continues to be a critical architect of Prodigy Artists’ ongoing success.
