For its milestone 25th anniversary, Creamfields just announced arguably one of the northern UK festival’s most impressive lineups in its quarter-century history. Returning to Daresbury from August 25 – 28, Creamfields North will help close down dance music’s end-of-summer festival circuit. On top of the reveal of its first-ever Creamfields South edition that’s set for June, festival organizers had previously shared a portion of its 2022 lineup back in December 2021, with Armin van Buuren, Eric Prydz presents HOLO, Carl Cox, Martin Garrix, and Tiesto being among the names that were already locked in to perform at this year’s festival.
The newest additions to Creamfields’ 25th anniversary lineup include Alesso, Idris Elba, Bicep, Dom Dolla, Calvin Harris—who was revealed earlier in February—Fatboy Slim, Joel Corry, and many more. While the Creamfields North lineup holds more than enough talent on its own, it had originally posted a lineup that looked slightly different than what’s currently being shown on their website and socials. In between the alphabetical lineup placements of G and I—in between Hannah Wants and Headhunterz—was a not-so-subtle blurred name that appeared to be Hardwell, who’s speculated to end his hiatus in March at Ultra. While we’ll have to hold on a little longer for further updates, view the complete Creamfields North poster below.
