After programming a modified version of the festival for 2021, îleSONIQ makes a grand comeback for summer 2022, fittingly bringing some of the world’s largest headlining talents to Quebec’s largest electronic music festival. Having already announced the return of Swedish House Mafia for one of the trio’s only Canadian tour stops, the beloved Montréal event adds two new headliners to the bill: Eric Prydz and an elusive back-to-back set featuring Dancing Astronaut’s 2021 Artist of the Year, Illenium and bass deity Excision.
The mammoth three-day festival returns to Montréal’s Parc Jean-Drapeau over August 5 – 7, 2022, with the event’s phase one announcement welcoming nearly 60 distinguished names across electronic music and hip-hop. Mixing in flavor from multiple genres, the festival’s dance lineup is topped by artists like FISHER, Lane 8, Louis The Child, Subtronics, Tchami, SVDDEN DEATH, Zomboy, Ben Böhmer, John Digweed, and SIDEPIECE, among many others. See the full lineup below.
