T-Shyne’s ‘Confetti Nights’ Shows How Talented the YSL Label is

T-Shyne is one of many talents birth from the Young Stoner Life (YSL) camp. Music listeners got a chance to hear the New York-born rapper on YSL’s 2021 compilation release, Slime Language 2. The album featured many of the label’s talents, including Karlae, Unfoonk, Lil Keed, T-Shyne, and more.

Earlier this month, T-Shyne released his label debut, Confetti Nights, featuring several all-star collaborations, including the 12-time NBA all-star and 2014 NBA MVP, Kevin Durant. The Brooklyn Nets star served as the project’s executive producer, alongside YSL founder Young Thug.

Confetti Nights is a 15-track project loaded with talented teammates looking to produce the best musical output. Those collaborators include Young Thug, Gunna, Meek Mill, Swae Lee, NAV, 6lack, and more.

Confetti Nights is like a celebration of sorts. The basketball player who just made it to the league, following him on his journey from his rookie year to his first championship win,” says T-Shyne. “As life goes, most people don’t start at the top. But no matter your status or position, we’re all on a journey to improve some aspects of ourselves.”

The New York natives considered Confetti Nights his most vulnerable project to date. It serves as an elevated follow-up from his 2018 release, The Immaculate.

Before the release of his latest project, T-Shyne grew its anticipation by dropping three tracks, including “Top 5,” “30 for 30,” and “Feed the Fam.” It was simply the tip of the iceberg and a preview of what’s to be expected on the album. With hard-hitting tracks like “Speak my Truth and “Still Ain’t Finished,” T-Shyne set the tone for what’s to be expected from him going forward.

With his studio album’s “planning stages” in the works, T-Shyne’s Confetti Nights will keep fans entertained and occupied until then.
