BET Announces Premiere Date for Damon Dash’s ‘OG STORIES’ Docuseries

BET has officially announced the premiere of OG STORIES, a compelling new original docuseries spearheaded by industry veteran Damon Dash. The five-part series is scheduled to debut on June 17, 2026, at 11 p.m. ET, marking the inaugural entry in the expansive “My Paid in Full” franchise.

The weekly series is designed to spotlight self-made moguls and influential cultural figures, providing a platform for candid, unfiltered conversations regarding the realities of survival, the complexities of entrepreneurship, and the weight of building a lasting legacy. BET has positioned the project as an intimate look into the lives of individuals who successfully navigated difficult beginnings to build empires.

The premiere episode is set to feature Michelle Smalls, widely recognized as the “Queen of Harlem.” The second installment will shift focus to high-profile celebrity defense attorney Dawn Florio, known for her work representing notable artists such as Tekashi 6ix9ine and Lil Tjay. The final three episodes of the series will feature Steve Mack, a longtime friend and collaborator of Dash, who played a pivotal role in the development of ventures such as Roc-A-Fella Records.

Damon Dash created and directed the series through his production entity, The Dash Group LLC. This project continues his long-standing influence across the landscapes of music, film, fashion, and independent media, further cementing his reputation as a cultural architect.
