Gucci Mane is already preparing his protege to take over the family business. The 1017 CEO took to Instagram earlier to post a picture of his son, Ice Davis. Gucci and his wife, Keyshia Ka’Oir, welcomed their first child together back in December 2020 after being married since October 2017. Their relationship first began in 2010.
Gucci Mane dripped his son out in all Gucci from the shirt to the shoes. Ice was sure to represent his first name with a diamond-laced 1017 chain around his neck.
Over the past year, Wop has introduced a number of new artists through his 1017 imprint, including Pooh Shiesty, Big Scarr, Foogiano, Enchanting, Roboy and K Shiday. The new 1017 artist were formally introduced following the release of So Icy Gang Vol. 1.
So far the crew has been building their buzz and inching to take the next leap. Pooh Shiesty was the first to take a leap following his Lil Durk assisted, “Back In Blood.” The two even performed on Jimmy Kimmel earlier in the year. Despite his increasing momentum towards superstardom, Pooh Shiesty was arrested back in June in connection to a strip club shooting in Miami. In addition, Foogiano was sentenced to five years for violating his prior charges.
