Dirtybird has been steadily releasing information about the forthcoming Dirtybird “Couchout” Festival, the virtual replacement for the label’s annual Dirtybird Campout affair. The digital supplement is set to take place from October 2 – 8, and newly released lineup boasts talent spanning from house to techno, with a lot of groovy vibes in between. Artists include Walker & Royce, Mija, Sonny Fodera, with DJ Sneak, Sacha Robotti, Mark Knight, Carl Craig, and more on the docket. Dirtybird helmer Claude VonStroke will do a back-to-back with label mainstay Justin Jay in addition to each playing a solo set.
The festival will be streamed on the label’s Twitch channel, and the format of the festival will follow a series of virtual content initiatives the label has taken on amid the ongoing COVID-19 shutdowns. Dirtybird Couchout is set to feature music, comedy, crafts, and contests in addition to the expansive artist lineup. See the full lineup below.
