edapollo releases Foreign Family Collective studio album ‘Technicolour Places’

Melbourne’s edapollo just dropped his third studio album, this time on Foreign Family Collective. His latest, titled ‘Technicolour Places’ is a 10-track sonic excursion through genres and soundscapes. The whole affair is bolstered by its lead single ‘You’re Everything,’ a lively effort that ripples with electrifying beats and resounding vocals.

The lead single serves to whet the appetite for more, and luckily, there’s nine new tracks to explore from the talented Aussie. Opening with “Find Love,” a beautiful composition featuring a gorgeous instrumental paired with a jaded breakbeat and uplifting vocals, edapollo does well to establish the mood of the album. Atmospheric, emotional, and tied deeply to human connection, the album marches through genres while remaining anchored by the album’s uplifting mood. Other highlights include “Only You” – a blend of atmospheric downtempo, electronica, and house music; “Opalescent,” a track that captures joy and emotion through atmospheric synths, intricate percussion, and dreamy vocal samples; The rest of the album is equally compelling, making it a must-experience album for the summer of 2023.
