In 2020, Sir Elton John convened with Lady Gaga for a feature on the pop heroine’s sixth studio album, Chromatica with the help of Swedish House Mafioso Axwell, as well as Burns and LIOHN on “Sine From Above.” Now, it appears the track is is getting a drum ‘n’ bass treatment, that, according to one source is, “about as far away from ‘Rocket Man’ and ‘Candle In The Wind’ as you can get.”
The original groundwork was already a high-octane offering, even containing a rhythmic drum ‘n’ bass sequence toward the end of the song, but those close to Elton and Gaga’s camps describe the track’s transformation as, “[having] gone from a pop-dance track to extreme hardcore drum and bass.”
Re-familiarize yourself with “Sine From Above” below and prepare for the track’s impending drum ‘n’ bass makeover.
