The king reclaims his throne: Hardwell announces album, world tour

On the subject of Hardwell, speculation has vaulted to confirmation. Following suspicion that March 27’s “special guest” was the Dutchman, Hardwell’s return to the dance domain and coinciding dissolution of his four-year hiatus, made via Ultra Miami’s main stage, gave credence to the expression, “where there’s smoke, there’s fire.” And it’s been a healthy blaze since Hardwell retreated from Bayfront Park’s decks; the conclusion of his Ultra set has brought with it the revelation of a forthcoming studio album, Rebels Never Die, and a world tour to boot. The 14-track project, which notably comes seven years after the advent of his debut long-form, United We Are, will be led by three IDs: the LP’s title track, “Broken Mirror,” and “Into The Unknown,” each of which are available for pre-order via his own Revealed Recordings.

Tickets to Hardwell’s global tour are currently available for pre-sale purchase here. View a complete list of tour dates below and soundtrack the interim with a newly lacquered version of “Spaceman,” premiered in celebration of the staple’s 10-year anniversary. Additional Hardwell coverage is available via Dancing Astronaut‘s Twitter.
