The family that gardens together, grows together. This seems to be the building block for Mile High City-based “Doctor DJ” Cavem Moetavation, emcee, producer, vegan chef, father and husband who encourages a plant-based lifestyle centered around Hip Hop culture. Cavem and his wife Alkemia have been proactively steering their activism through Hip Hop music while impacting lives with better dietary suggestions, environmental protection strategies and an overall commitment to protecting the Earth and Mother Nature.
During a recent protest on the Denver capitol building as part of the national strike for climate action, Cavem has teamed up with Recreator Hemp Clothing Company, Botanical Interest gardeners and film director Travis Conklin of F4D Film Studios to create the visual for the premier single, “1 For The Hood” off of his new Biomimicz album. Focusing on organic seeds and gardening, Biomimicz is a trap album inspired to address culinary climate action. As a environmental hip-hop artist, well educated on solutions that we should implement to addressing issues like wholistic health & green job development.
