With the majority of earthly exploration on hold for the time being, NASA and Beck have teamed up to make it possible to explore outer space from the comfort of your own home. With the launch of a new artificial intelligence (AI) experience, Hyperspace AI Exploration, viewers can travel through space, making pit stops at each of the eight planets (and Pluto) in the solar system, as well as other notable celestial phenomena like the Milky Way and a black hole.
Each stop along the intergalactic odyssey pairs a music video—set to a song from Beck’s 2019 album, Hyperspace—with real mission footage from NASA, as well as visualizations, animations, and data created using AI technology. Experience it at Hyperspace AI Exploration’s official website.
